To be considered for a research study, please complete the following information:
Directions from North St. Louis – Click for Google directions
Head West toward Wentzville on Highway 70
Take Exit 228 and go LEFT on Highway 94 West for 3.6 miles
Take Exit 8A towards Weldon Spring for 2.2 miles
Turn Left on CenterPointe Hospital Drive (Across from the QT)
Turn Right at the stop sign
Take your first Left into CenterPointe Hospital
Look on your right for a “Physicians Offices” sign
Directions from South St. Louis – Click for Google directions
Take I-64 West to Exit 10 Highway 94 in Weldon Spring
Turn Right at the top of the ramp and go 1.0 miles
Turn Right on CenterPointe Hospital Drive
Turn Right at the stop sign
Take your first Left into CenterPointe Hospital
Look on your right for a “Physicians Offices” sign
Directions from Wentzville – Click for Google directions
Take I-64 West for 12 miles to Exit 9 and follow signs for Highway 94
Take this exit and go straight thru the light
Turn Left on Highway 94 when the road dead ends
Go over Highway 64 and proceed for 1.0 miles
Turn Right on CenterPointe Hospital Drive
Turn Right at the stop sign
Take your first Left into CenterPointe Hospital
Look on your right for a “Physician’s Offices” sign
