Katie

Katie is a Recruiter and Study Coordinator at Midwest Research Group, supporting the successful execution of clinical research studies from participant recruitment through study completion. She leads efforts to identify, engage, and screen potential study participants, using targeted recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals while maintaining clear communication with investigators, sponsors, and study staff.

In addition to coordinating study visits and assisting with informed consent, she tracks enrollment progress, supports retention efforts, and ensures participants have a positive experience throughout the study. This role is critical in optimizing study operations, maintaining high-quality data, and helping the site achieve timely and successful enrollment outcomes.
