Lindsay Van Winkle 

Lindsay is the Research Department Manager at Midwest Research Group. She has been in healthcare since 2006 and brings extensive experience in clinical research operations and site management.

In her leadership role, Lindsay oversees the daily operations of the research department, manages and mentors study staff, and coordinates study start-up activities to ensure studies are initiated efficiently. She ensures compliance with protocol requirements, regulatory guidelines, and sponsor expectations while maintaining high-quality study conduct.

Lindsay works closely with investigators, sponsors, and CROs to facilitate successful study execution, maintain strong sponsor relationships, and support timely enrollment. She also leads contract and budget negotiations and plays a key role in expanding the site’s research portfolio and strengthening operational processes to support continued site growth and enrollment success.
